Integrated Treatment
$400 for assessment (2hr), $200 for follow-up (1hr)
Every person is unique - with different genetics, life experiences, preferences, beliefs, and relationships. My approach takes all of these factors into account to create an individualized treatment plan for each patient. Your plan may include psychotherapy, lifestyle and behavioral modifications, and/or psychiatric medications.
Ultimately, my goal is for you to not need to see me any more. I prefer to work with you more frequently (at least once per month) over a shorter period of time, so that you can feel better faster and move on with your life the way you want to live it.
I do not prescribe controlled medications (these include psychostimulants such as Adderall or benzodiazepines such as Xanax) except as part of a controlled taper program.
I am out of network for all insurance companies, but will happily provide a superbill for my services that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement (if that is offered by your plan).
